The first stage of 57 Murray St was the State Heath Building. The National Trust undertook the project with Western Projects in 2013 for complete refurbishment back to its original state. This involved a complete strip out of the old facility & a complete refurbishment of the facility while maintaining the heritage value. Shamrock Electrics completely rewired & fitted out the facility to meet the National Trust’s requirements.

 

The second stage Curtin University took over the lease from the National Trust and has undertaken to turn the facility into their new city law precinct. This involved setting up law courts student training areas & eateries which involved large amounts of AV, security and data with new power upgrades.
