Edith Cowan University Building 27 is located within the Joondalup campus and the newly created annex is designed to function as their engineering facility. Shamrock Electrics were engaged by Pact Construction to complete the Electrical, Fire and Communications Systems installations involved in the construction of the building extension.

This new 5 story building had a limited 30 week construction window, and through working closely with the builder and careful coordination and planning, Shamrock Electrics were able to complete the scope of works within these time constraints, and exceeding client expectations.
